Payment is upfront and collected after all furniture has been gathered so I can start decorating.You are responsible for getting all the furniture and dying it before I begin work. I will let you know if you're missing an item, but if you cannot produce it then I will skip it when building.If you'd like me to supply all the furniture and dyes It will cost 20/30m/35m/40m for APT/S/M/L respectively. If you buy this option then the storage room OR house must be emptied before work can begin. Or you must give permission for anything to be thrown out to make space.I am not responsible for any breakage once the build has been finished. I will NOT redo the work for free if you relocate houses.ETA is same day to a week 9/10 times I will do a custom the same day the furniture is ready unless I have irl obligations such as coursework due.

Ex: wanting a room in a small house as an apartment, changing out lights, simply removing furniture, etc. All changes are subject to a consultation fee. I will not be making major modifications such as redoing a whole room.If an Out of Bounds build is requested ͏͏͏͏you understand you take full responsibility for any actions that could be taken against your account by FFXIV staff. Locking your house is recommended.I will take fc houses that are no longer in use as alternative payment.Houses do not utilize the whole space of the base in game houses due to item slots restrictions. None of my large builds, for instance, use all 3 floors (delune is the exception to show why this is).FC Room/Apartment premades are built by the client as I will not share accounts.
